4. Tickets, price and how to buy

  • Each ticket is one entry, and each entry receives its own numbered ticket.
  • Tickets are on sale online from 4 September 2026 at
www.shomagovender.co.za, and in person at the appearances listed on that
    site.
  • Online sales close at 23:59 South African Standard Time on
2 October 2026. The website stops accepting purchases at that
moment. A payment that has not completed by then is not an entry.

sent to the email address you give at checkout. If you pay by EFT, your
numbers are issued when the funds clear, which may not be immediate.

8. Where the money goes

  • 100% of Proceeds from ticket sales go to CANSA, towards its care and support

admin@shomagovender.co.za and CANSA will assist you.

9. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel a ticket purchase and receive a full refund at any time up to the close of sales on 2 October 2026, by emailing admin@shomagovender.co.za from the address used at checkout. The cancelled numbers are withdrawn from the draw.
  • Once sales have closed, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the entry has been placed in the draw.
  • Donations are not refundable once processed, as they are paid over to CANSA.
  • If a payment is taken in error, or you are charged twice, email us and it will be refunded in full.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated if something material changes, for example a sponsor substitution or a change of date. Any change is published on this page with a new “last updated” date, and anyone who has already bought a ticket is notified by email if the change affects them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
